Trinity Meyer Utility Structures is searching for a talented team player to fill the open position of Maintenance Supervisor in our Gadsden, AL office!

Responsibilities:

•Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of technical support or production team

•Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors

•Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager

•Supervise maintenance personnel for preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical).-

•Enters and maintains EAM data base

•Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures

•Part of the Maintenance leadership team responsible for plant maintenance and repairs on equipment.

•Help lead change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

•Understand and adhere to internal and external regulations, procedures and policies.

•Effectively communicate safety, quality, technical and training issues to team.

•Review daily maintenance effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement and work with the Production team to get resolution.

Requirements:

•Technical or AS Degree required or equivalent experience.

•Minimum 3-5 years of manufacturing experience in Maintenance.

•Previous Supervision experience required.

•Prior experience/knowledge with pneumatics, hydraulics, electric systems and PLC control systems.

•Strong knowledge of Recognized and Generally Accepted Good engineering Practices for equipment inspection, testing and preventative maintenance.

•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; including Excel and Word.

•Continuous improvement or process improvement experience preferred.

•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
