Trinity Meyer Utility Structures is searching for a talented team player to fill the open position of Maintenance Manager in our Gadsden, AL office!
Responsibilities:
•Leading the Inspection, Testing, and Preventive Maintenance program for all facility equipment.
•Working with Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and execute all work associated with compliance with the maintenance program: planning, scheduling, scaffold installation/removal, insulation removal/replacement, inspection contractor(s), inspection records and disposition of recommendations.
•Leading the Facilities Reliability Management System standards and procedures and is responsible for their implementation and continuous improvement.
•Leading development and continuous improvement of specific equipment Reliability Control Plans.
•Executing programs and policies for driving compliance and continuous improvement of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
•Leading reliability improvements throughout the site.
•Leading the development and execution of outage inspection activity.
•Directing reports include: Mechanics, Electricians, and Laborers.
Requirements:
•B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or in lieu of an education, five years of experience as a Reliability or Maintenance Manager.
•Strong working knowledge of Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices for equipment inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance (e.g. National Board, ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers, ASNT (American Society of Non-destructive Testing), NEC (National Electrical Code) preferred
•Strong working knowledge of OSHA 1910.119 Mechanical Integrity preferred
•Strong working knowledge of PDM (predictive maintenance) technologies and their practical application (e.g. Vibration, Lube Oil Analysis, Infra-red thermography, Ultra-sonic listening, Ultrasonic thickness testing, radiographic testing, and other non-destructive examination methods) preferred
•Strong working knowledge of key Precision Maintenance requirements for mechanical classes of equipment (rotating equipment and/or fixed equipment) preferred
•Experience using reliability analytical tools such as RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) and FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) preferred
•The ideal candidate possesses the following knowledge:
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; specifically Excel and Word.
•Experience with Time & Attendance system; Kronos preferred.
•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; the ability to communicate across all levels.
