Planning and Managing the truck loads for the TLG driver. (Revenue, Miles, Dead Head)

Ensure communication on dates, time, location commodity, weight, onsite contact, and pick- up and delivery requirements

Provide exemplary customer service to the TLG driver

Completes required paper work accurately and timely. Including: Detention, Tarping, Route lines, etc.

Resolve operational conflicts between scheduling and customer demands

Ensure concise and timely input of data as well as update and generate reports to track activities.

Conduct himself/herself in a professional manner at all times when representing Trinity Logistics Group. This professional demeanor extends to written correspondence generated (traditional or electronic) and verbal conversation whether in-person or via telephone.

Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• 3 years minimum of relevant experience
• Candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks
• Must have knowledge of materials, delivery times, logistics management, and plant operations Must communicate effectively with drivers, plant personnel and customers
• Must have the flexibility to be on call and work weekends and occasional evenings after normal business hours
