TrinityRail is searching for a talented team player to fill the open position of Change Management Leader in our Dallas, Texas office! We welcome your ideas and your outstanding work ethic.

• Identify and lead change management activities for finance and accounting

• Coordinate efforts with project leaders and other transformation specialists

• Maintain an active and comprehensive communication plan

• Monitor scheduling and planning calendars and coordinate availability of resources

• Analyze change impact, evaluate risks and participate in mitigation efforts

• Support development and implementation of training plans

• Evaluate comprehension, user acceptance and user readiness at all levels and resolve issues

• Track progress and provide regular updates to project leaders and senior management

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree (preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or Accounting (preferred)

• CPA or CMA (preferred)

• Key focus in Change Management in large system implementations is required

• Prior experience with MRP implementation or upgrade strongly preferred

• Experience in a standard cost environment also preferred

• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

• Minimum 7 years experience in Finance/Accounting and Project Management combined
