Trinity Structural Towers is searching for a Welding Production Supervisor in our Clinton, IL plant! This is a semi-monthly, exempt, full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.

What you will do:

• Establishes functional business plans and technical project objectives to meet the short- and long- term goals of a production or warehousing organization

• Manages production employees in the welding department

• Directs the activities and staff within the production environment

• Managed activities may include but are not limited to the following: production operations activities, parts and components management, purchasing, contract management, sales and quality assurance

• Manages execution of processes

• Number of Employees: Typically up to 40

• Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of non-exempt and/or hourly employees

• Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors

What you will need:

• At least 2 years of related supervisory and/or management experience as a welder in an industrial manufacturing environment.

• Interpersonal skills to work effectively with managers, employees and customer base.

• Must be able to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
