The Training Coordinator will:
-
Conduct needs analysis with business unit and plant operations to align equipment, process, and operation to plant work instructions.

Develop training materials and partner with business unit and plant representatives to develop work instruction documentation.

Develop and facilitate classroom and shop floor hands-on instruction of training programs and workshops for technical training academy.

Evaluate training effectiveness, modify and enhance training programs based upon needs of the business unit, training center, and individual.

Manage the scheduling, setup, and day to day operations of training academy.

Partner with Quality Assurance and Safety Departments to align training activities and performance with regulatory guidelines.

Schedule training, track completion of training as well as create and organize report summaries.

Audit on-site implementation for program effectiveness.

Conduct ad-hoc training sessions as needed.
What you will need:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred
-
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to speak with employees of all levels

Some travel may be required (up to 25% domestic)

Ability to build, lead and participate in a team environment
-
Ability to analyze and interpret blueprints and production drawings and plan cost efficient work procedures that meet quality requirements

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; specifically Excel and Word
-
Experience with Time & Attendance system; Kronos preferred
