Quality Inspector
- Supports the operation of the labs and performs inspections, tests and analyses as requested. Maintain documentation on all inspections, tests and evaluations.
- Visual inspection of cores, molds. Observation of coremaking and moldline processes.
- Chemical Analyses: furnace, ladle, casting, metallic scrap
- Sand Testing: support for core and mold processes, emergency testing, LOI, moisture testing of raw materials, screen analyses, viscosity
- Perform any and all other job related tasks as assigned
