Trinity Construction Materials, Inc. is a leading producer and distributor in the Western and Southwestern U.S. of lightweight and natural aggregates, including expanded shale and clay, crushed stone, sand and gravel, asphalt rock, and other products.

The Plant Manager Trainee, assists in managing the production and distribution of aggregate materials in operations of sand, gravel expanded shale and clay. Sets production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.

  • Oversee day to day operations of the group in an aggregate production environment to produce quality material at or below production cost
  • Follows established procedures for operating various conventional production tasks to produce quality aggregate materials
  • Resolves issues related to organization’s production, machinery / production operations
  • Responsibilities are with the Operations Functions as a generalist 
  • Follows all safety rule  and ensures the safety of the team members
  • Exercises independent judgement

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferred aggregate experience
