In this role the employee performs activities related to processing, receiving, recording, storing, and/or shipping of raw materials/finished goods. Operates mobile equipment (heavy equipment, forklift, cranes, yard vehicle, lift truck) to move materials/products between warehouse/manufacturing facilities. May utilize computer software to identify materials/goods, ensure accuracy of purchase orders and maintain inventory. Operates mobile equipment such as lift trucks, overhead cranes, track mobiles/switch engine and/or yard vehicles in order to move materials and products between work stations and/or receiving and storage locations. Ensures proper identification of parts and materials. Follows all safety rules and practices. May be involved in safety committees or initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:

Good knowledge of the job, company policies and processes

Applies job skills to complete semi-routine tasks Some understanding of the technical aspects of the job

Ability to follow verbal or simple written instructions and procedures

Serves as a team member

Can operate a lift truck with over 15,000 pound capacity

Overhead crane (stationary) certified (move across plant)

Mobile crane (move across yard)

Scissor lift

Will deliver pre-made kits to each job station
Requirements:
- Typically has 2-5 years of related experience
- 2+ years of forklift experience
- 2+ years of inventory experience
- 2+ years of using an inventory data management system
