Trinity Structural Towers is searching for a Maintenance Planner in our Clinton, IL plant! This is a full-time, semi-monthly, exempt position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and annual preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal equipment operation interruptions or down time.
- Effectively develop, maintain, and implement site preventative maintenance schedules.
- Effectively coordinate and schedule work regarding improvements, re-designs, and open work orders.
- Oversee outside maintenance contractors ensuring project requirements and deadlines are met.
- Maintain preventative maintenance software accurately and timely.
- Maintain day-to-day control of all maintenance related forms, including work orders, daily maintenance inspections, PM checklists, operator checklists, etc.
- Minimum one year experience developing and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules required
- Possess basic understanding of various production equipment operations/parts
- Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical operations
- Solid computer skills, including Excel spreadsheet development
- Self-starter, and able to multi-task effectively
