Trinity Shoring Products is searching for a talented team player to fill the open position of Inventory Control Administrator in our Union City, MI office! We welcome your ideas and your outstanding work ethic.
The Inventory Control Administrator is responsible for coordinating and expediting flow of material to meet the schedule. This position will also be responsible for evaluating cycle counts, monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels, analyzing transactions, and supporting production.
1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
What You'll Do:
- Daily Inventory level monitoring
- Daily recording of scrap usage
- Daily recording of material transfers
- Various reports and cost analysis
- Management of cycle count program
- Daily input of cycle count information
- Daily Inventory reconciliation
- Month end closing responsibilities
- Back-up purchasing
What You'll Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 Years of Manufacturing, Industrial, Construction or Warehoue Inventory Experience.
- Good recordkeeping skills
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Excellent written and verbal skills required
- Ability to follow verbal or simple written instruction and procedure
- Ability to comply with all company safety rules, procedures, and applicable governmental regulation
