- Be responsible for the control of documents for Compliance, Quality and Safety
- Backup for data entry into TRACE and RAILINC
- High School diploma
- Ability to organize documents and data
- Ability to input data and deal with databases
- Good organizational skills
- Familiar with Quality Management Systems
- Familiar with Compliance systems and requirements
- Able to handle documents and convert them into electronic formats
- Able to set up and administer a SharePoint site
- Good communication skills (in person and written)
- Self-directed and able to work independently
- Able to multitask and handle numerous overlapping requests
- Detail oriented, dependable and trustworthy
